As reported by The US Sun, car mechanic Juan Manuel Sanchez took pictures of the UFO which went viral after he shared it on his Facebook
Juan, however, sticks to his story, reporting a sighting outside his home in Valle Hermoso to Mexican television station RDTV on August 17
His wife and a co-worker also claimed that they had seen the mysterious saucer before being shot into the sky toward space.
The mechanic estimated the object was about 50 feet (15.24 m) across and believed it was about a half-mile from his home
Juan said he was "shocked" when he first saw the alleged object, adding that it was "not fear, but something like awe
The mechanic said- “We were working outside here in the workshop when we saw some very dark clouds – a little too cloudy as of now
